The more I give to others, the more self-fulfillment I get.

Advanta is truly doing something remarkable with this project. Micro-lending is the finest form of contribution as it doesn't hurt the lender, but it has a huge impact.

it creates a constant ebb and flow of giving and receiving. It's exciting because I never know what I might give that may impact someone's life...and I also don't know what I may receive.

I can align with its mission of helping and encouraging aspiring entrepreneurs to be all that they can.

It's the right thing to do. I got to where I am because my family and friends helped me out and gave me the tools to succeed. I want to do that for someone else who did not have the same resources.

It is the responsibility of all businesses- small to global- to take care of each other and their customers. The world's population is one giant target market right? Why not give a little?

As an Advanta employee and a member of the Innovation Team, I want to support all efforts that we make to build relationships and support the small business community. On a personal note, my father was a small business owner for more than 25 years, and he never hesitated to give back to his community in good times and bad. He did it because it was the right thing to do, not because he wanted to get something out of it. Kiva offers an opportunity for each of us to do the same.

I am a single parent of three children two that are teenagers It is hard to be the responsible one in the house by yourself. I have gone after my dreams to better my family and to show other single parents that it can be done

By lending to fellow entrepreneurs in the developing world through Kiva, we are empowering individuals to build their own businesses to provide for their families and to contribute to their local economy.
